Infant Care
4:1Four children per caregiver
Loving care in a small, familiar group. We get to know each child and work with families to plan daily care around their needs and stage of development.
Our teachers
- Our director and lead teacher, Iryna, has over 20 years of experience working with children.
- Iryna is trained in first aid and CPR and continues her education in child development.
- All teachers complete fingerprinting and background checks.
- We share daily updates with families about meals, rest, and how their child’s day went.
Feeding and daily routines
Our day has regular times for breakfast, lunch, an afternoon snack, and dinner. We plan each child’s feeding schedule with their family, taking into account their age, readiness for solids, and breastmilk or formula needs.
Sample schedule
- Breakfast 8:55–9:15 AM
- Lunch 11:15–11:35 AM
- Afternoon snack 2:15–2:45 PM
- Dinner 4:15–4:30 PM
Children have time for sensory play, stories, and fresh air outdoors. After lunch, we make time for naps and quiet rest. We keep sleep logs for children under two.
For naps, children change into pajamas or other comfortable clothes and take off their shoes.
What’s included
- We serve homemade meals, including soup at lunch every day.
- Twice a week, a music enrichment teacher leads songs, rhythm games, and simple choreography.
- Every day, a visiting gymnastics instructor leads age-appropriate movement.
Our Eastern European roots are part of daily life, from songs and stories in English, Russian, and Ukrainian to homemade food and seasonal celebrations.
